THE COMPANY
In 2019 AGL completed a decisive acquisition transaction by the listed company ABTG SPA based in Milan. Thus an important headquarters was born in the Lombard city which consolidates a partnership that sees an ambitious national development plan and beyond. ABTG therefore becomes a strategic partner thanks to the important contacts and relationships developed by the founder Alfio Bardolla. Together the two companies create a player in the real estate sector that aims to be an absolute point of reference in its market.
